KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR FUTURE SUPPORT UPDATES.* CROP Organization has received approval from the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) to expand our Housing Assistance Program (HAP) to reach more people who were formerly incarcerated in CDCR—now open statewide through December 31, 2025.
We deeply appreciate our partnership with you and hope you'll help us spread the word so we can support even more individuals in achieving housing stability.
Program Overview:
✅ Rental Assistance Program (RAP): For employed applicants who can sustain rent after initial help. Assistance may include subsidies, 1st month’s rent, security deposits, move-in costs, and rental arrears.
✅ Emergency Housing Assistance (EHA): For those who don’t qualify for RAP and need up to 90 days of critical stabilization help, such as hotel vouchers, short-term housing, and essential supplies.

✔ Applicants must complete the online form and upload all required documents—ideally on a computer or laptop.
✔ We encourage you to help clients with the process, especially those with limited digital literacy.
